With the government's BIM strategy becoming the standard delivery requirement on many construction projects, BIM-DM use the latest modelling software packages to produce a BIM Level 2 environment which can be used from 3D protocols, through 4D planning and onto 5D cost management. The modelling of projects into a federated environment can streamline the site works, potentially reducing risk and budget over-spends while also providing a safer workplace due to enhanced detailed project knowledge.
